Refund Policy

1. Return window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your Hardero order for a full refund, in accordance with consumer protection principles including Directive 2011/83/EU as a reference standard. To initiate a return, contact us within this period at support@skeletonecoeo.world.

2. Conditions for return

To be eligible for a full refund, the returned product must be:

  • Unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
  • In the same condition as received, with the original label intact.
  • Returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

Opened or partially used product is not eligible for return, except where the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

3. How to request a return

  1. Email support@skeletonecoeo.world with your name, phone number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
  2. We will confirm your return request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the product back to us using a tracked delivery service.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund method

As orders are fulfilled on a cash-on-delivery basis, refunds are issued via bank transfer to your nominated New Zealand bank account. You will be asked to provide your account details when confirming your return.

5. Return postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was incorrectly supplied.

6. Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used product (unless defective).
  • Product returned after the 14-day window has expired.
  • Product that has been damaged due to improper storage by the customer.

7. Defective or damaged product

If your Hardero order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@skeletonecoeo.world with a description and photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
